Exact camera lens models, night-vision range, hard-drive storage capacity, and final costs are confirmed exclusively via our written, itemized quotation issued following a technical site survey.

3. Written Quotations & Work Orders

Quotations provided by ZeecamTech are valid for the specific timeframe noted on the quotation sheet. Project execution commences upon written or digital customer consent (including WhatsApp or email approval) and receipt of any stipulated advance payment.

4. Free Site Surveys & Installation Work

On-site surveys and installation schedules are arranged subject to technician availability, physical site access, and electricity readiness. Our company technicians follow clean conduit casing and labeled cable standards. The customer is responsible for providing necessary structural access and power points at the designated DVR/NVR rack location.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment terms—including booking deposits, progress milestones for larger industrial plants, and post-installation balances—are stated directly on your tax invoice. Goods and Services Tax (GST: 06AADCZ0181D1ZM) is charged on all taxable equipment and labor in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

6. Hardware Warranty & Exclusions

All CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, biometric terminals, and hard disks carry standard original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties (e.g., CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, Western Digital). Warranty service covers intrinsic hardware failure. Exclusions include:

• Physical damage, water seepage on non-waterproof indoor models, or rodent/cable chewing.
• High-voltage electrical surges, lightning strikes, or improper third-party electrical wiring.
• Unauthorized hardware tampering, firmware modification, or third-party technician interference.

7. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown calls, and system health audits are governed by individual AMC agreements. Non-AMC emergency repairs for systems installed by third parties are billed based on standard on-site inspection fees plus component replacement costs.

8. Order Adjustments, Cancellations & Returns

Requests for scope alterations or order cancellations must be communicated before cabling has been drawn or custom mounting brackets fabricated. Handled or installed electronic hardware cannot be accepted for refund unless verified defective under manufacturer replacement policies.

9. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Website structure, original photography, text, and graphics remain the exclusive property of ZeecamTech Pvt Ltd. Third-party brand logos (such as CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua) belong to their respective corporate owners and are utilized strictly for equipment identification and compatibility representation.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZeecamTech Pvt Ltd installs certified security technology designed to deter and record events. However, surveillance systems cannot replace standard insurance coverage or physical security vigilance. We are not liable for external network outages, ISP Wi-Fi disconnection preventing remote smartphone streaming, or loss of footage due to uninspected hard-drive overwrite cycles.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial engagements are governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services or hardware fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Panipat, Haryana.

12. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect updated industry standards or statutory changes. Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication to this page.
